Thomas Processing’s FLEX 100 is a fully integrated, recipe-driven R&D/pilot scale tablet coating system with exchangeable drums. Featuring our state-of-the-art COMPU-COAT® control system, the FLEX 100 makes it easy to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s precise control and strict documentation requirements. Available in three platform levels, from manual to fully automated, Thomas’s COMPU-COAT operating systems are equipped with a user-friendly touch screen interface for industry-leading tablet coating control.
The FLEX 100 also features our patented Thomas Spray Bar (TSB) with external gun positioning, designed to offer efficient product changeovers, streamlined sanitation, and ultimate coating versatility. Manufactured with a good manufacturing process (GMP) design, the FLEX 100 has an open design that makes it easy to inspect and clean machine parts while producing a high-quality product. We offer a wash-in-place configuration that allows for a straightforward cleaning process that boosts your productivity while decreasing time wasted with extra disassembly or movement.
